Signing the cooperation agreement PCCIC with Heilongjiang University of establish Polish Center in Harbin

July 1, 2017 was signend the agreement between PCCIC and Heilongjiang University on the establishment of the Polish Center in Harbin, the People's Republic of China. Polish businessmen and academics participated in the ceremony.
